No Duplication Notice

1 📜 Statement of Principle

At Rightful Return PMA, we honor the ancient law recorded in Exodus 20:15 — "Thou shalt not steal."

This principle extends into the realm of education and stewardship: Copying, duplicating, recording, reproducing, or sharing any materials from this PMA without express written permission constitutes theft under Divine Law, natural law, and private contract.

We do not operate under public copyright systems. We operate solely by the sacred bonds of private law and honorable membership.

2 📚 Educational Material Ownership

All materials offered by Rightful Return PMA — including but not limited to:

• Written guides,
• Class content,
• Videos,
• Templates,
• Portal lessons,

... are private educational assets. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to study these materials for their own educational benefit only. No other rights are granted or implied.

3 🚫 Prohibition on Duplication

• Members shall not copy, screenshot, reproduce, reprint, photograph, or duplicate PMA materials.
• Members shall not upload, post, email, or distribute PMA materials publicly or privately without explicit permission.
• Members shall not translate, modify, or create derivative works based on PMA materials without written authorization.

4 🛡️ Private Remedies for Breach

Breaches of this No Duplication Notice shall constitute:

• Breach of private PMA contract,
• Breach of fiduciary duty to the Association,
• Theft under natural law and common law principles.

Upon violation, Rightful Return PMA reserves the right to seek:

• Immediate termination of PMA membership, without refund.
• Liquidated damages assessed at the greater of ₿1 Bitcoin or 2 oz of American Eagle Gold coins per violation.
• Equitable injunctive relief to prevent ongoing duplication or distribution.
• Restitution through Compelled Charitable Donation to a private charity selected by Rightful Return PMA.
• Private lien enforcement under extreme circumstances following arbitration award issuance.

5 🤝 Grace, but No License

Rightful Return PMA believes in forgiveness, reconciliation, and private remedy whenever possible.

However, grace shall not be construed as a waiver of rights. We reserve full enforcement remedies without prejudice.

6 ⛔ Estoppel Against Reentry

Any member found violating this No Duplication Notice shall be estopped from rejoining or applying for membership at Rightful Return PMA without express written consent of the Overseer.

No forgiveness, settlement, or payment shall automatically restore eligibility to membership.

7 📜 Reservation of Rights

All natural and common-law rights are reserved without prejudice, U.C.C. 1-308. No adhesion, agency, franchise, or statutory jurisdiction is implied or accepted by this publication.
