Rightful Return PMA maintains this educational site under private contract and common law principles. Occasionally, the terms of service or acceptable use policies of external platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Google, etc.) may conflict with our private publishing rights, religious beliefs, or contract rights.
🚫 No Waiver of Rights by Platform Usage
Use of or presence on any platform does not waive our rights under the Constitution, natural law, or private contract law. We do not accept unilateral platform terms that override or nullify PMA protections.
🔗 Communication =/= Consent
Just because we appear on a platform doesn’t mean we consent to all their policies or jurisdiction. Rightful Return PMA is not a product or service provider. We do not advertise, endorse, or transact in commerce on public platforms. We educate.
📣 Dispute Resolution with Platforms
If any third-party platform objects to content shared by our members, the appropriate response is a private email to helpis@rightfulreturn.org. We are committed to resolving issues respectfully and within our private legal framework.
📜 Reservation of Rights
- We reserve the right to reject or revoke use of any platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- We reserve the right to educate about censorship, overreach, or terms-of-service abuse under fair use and lawful commentary.
- We explicitly reject any effort to censor or limit the private contractual rights of our members.
