- “Is this a tax shelter?” – No. Rightful Return is not, and never has been, structured for tax avoidance or evasion.
- “Is this a scam?” – Absolutely not. Rightful Return is a lawful, educational PMA with a member-signed contract and 48-hour review period offered.
- “Is this legal advice?” – No. Rightful Return does not offer legal advice, nor act as a legal service provider.
- “Is this a get-rich-quick scheme?” – No. We teach a slow, document-based recovery process rooted in due diligence.
2 📜 Why This Notice Exists
Rightful Return is often misunderstood by social media users, agencies, even friends and family. As a one-man team, I created this page to reduce repeated questions and clarify our private nature.

3 🗣️ Free Speech ≠ Representation
We support everyone's right to speak freely, but misrepresentation is not tolerated. PMA members do not speak for Rightful Return unless explicitly authorized.
Right = Property + Responsibility → You own your body, and are responsible for what your speech produces.
4 🚫 Misunderstandings Do Not Void Contracts
No misunderstanding, misquote, or misreading alters the validity of the PMA contract. Ignorance is not a legal defense in private contract law.
5 🛠️ Dispute Resolution
We resolve misunderstandings privately. Contact helpis@rightfulreturn.org before public posts or commentary. Arbitration will be used if needed.

- Lawyers: Please read the PMA contract before forming conclusions. Rightful Return is not in the BAR jurisdiction.
- Influencers & YouTubers: Do not critique Rightful Return content without reading full context. Fair use ≠ fair representation.
- Watchdogs & Auditors: We are not public. No public reporting jurisdiction applies.
- Government Agents: You are bound by our #10: Notice to Government Actors.
7 🧭 Final Thought
Just because something is unfamiliar doesn’t make it unlawful. Rightful Return PMA exists to show there’s another lawful way — outside the system — that people have a right to choose.
