Refund & Guarantee Policy

1 🚫 No Refunds Policy

All donations to Rightful Return PMA are final and non-refundable. Once knowledge is delivered, it cannot be returned or rescinded. This policy aligns with common-law doctrines recognizing the non-returnable nature of education and training once accessed.

Rightful Return does not operate as a public business. All transactions are private contractual donations under PMA membership agreements.

2 ⚖️ Payment Terms

• Donations are made only after successful completion of the educational program.
• All donations must be made in American Eagle Gold, Silver, or Platinum coins pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 5112(a)(7), (a)(8), and (h).
• Payment via Bitcoin may be privately negotiated at Rightful Return’s sole discretion.
• We do not accept Federal Reserve Notes, checks, credit cards, or any commercial instruments.

3 🔥 Risk-Free Private Guarantee

• ⚖️ Point #1 — $500 Goodwill Gift: If you follow the private surplus recovery process exactly as taught and your claim is denied, we will voluntarily provide you a $500 goodwill gift as acknowledgement.
• 🚀 Point #2 — No Upfront Donation: Members make their donation only after receiving and confirming their funds.
• 🔒 Point #3 — Funds Remain in Your Name: Your surplus funds remain under your direct control at all times. Rightful Return does not touch or intermediate member funds.

Guarantees are discretionary and may be modified or discontinued at any time for future offerings without retroactive effect.

4 📜 Breach of Contract Exception

The only basis for requesting a refund would be a provable breach of the PMA Membership Contract by Rightful Return PMA itself. All disputes must be resolved through private arbitration under common law principles.

5 🔐 Four-Stage PMA Membership Process

1. Consent and acknowledgment of PMA private status via Step 1 Portal.
2. 48-hour cooling-off period for independent contract review and counsel consultation.
3. Formal execution of the PMA Membership Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement via electronic signing platform.
4. Completion of final portal access step (name and email submission) to finalize PMA membership status.

Note: Once membership is completed, the right to rescind or "change one's mind" is expressly waived under private contract law.

6 🛡️ Dispute Resolution

• All membership or donation-related disputes must be submitted to private arbitration.
• Arbitration initiation requests must be sent via email to: legal@rightfulreturn.org
• Members agree to waive public court remedies in favor of private contractual resolution.

7 📜 Reservation of Rights

All natural and common-law rights are reserved without prejudice, U.C.C. 1-308. No adhesion, franchise, or public statutory jurisdiction is conceded or implied by this policy or any agreement with Rightful Return PMA.
