Rightful Return PMA acknowledges and affirms that the enumeration of certain terms, conditions, remedies, or rights within our policies shall not be construed to deny, disparage, or limit other natural, common-law, equity, or divine rights retained by the members, the Overseer, or the Association. Any omission of a particular right, remedy, or principle shall not be deemed a waiver. Where silence exists, common sense, natural law, divine law, and common law shall prevail.
Rightful Return PMA maintains a private self-funded bond under Trust governance. No commercial insurance or public bonding is implied, required, or accepted. All risks are privately managed under lawful private contract.
